• There is no obligation to send a full text. Participation can be made by submitting an Abstract.
• The deadline for the full text is November 20th, 2020.
• The full texts of the presented papers will take place in the Proceedings with an ISBN.
• In case of request , full text papers will be published by "The Journal of International Scientific Researches" or "Gumushane University  Electronic Journal of Institute of Social Science" journals after their publishing process. 
• Full texts should be arranged according to the writing rules.
